Dan and Shay New Haven reviews
Outstanding Concert BUT Capital One Arena messed up tickets!
Dan and Shay's performance at the Capital One Arena was excellent, as the playlist was great. Unfortunately, after arriving, many customers were affected by the arena's ticket mishap. Section 408, where we were seated, was closed off, leading to a confusing situation. A supposed "fixer" arrived with tickets that were disorganized due to a mishap while washing hands. She then distributed tickets randomly, causing further confusion. I had to be assertive to secure seats close to my original ones. We were moved from row E in section 408 to row H in section 414, resulting in a subpar view of the stage. There was no communication from arena management about the closure of our section. Further steps are being taken to address this issue.
